Colored pottery camel unearthed from Tang Dynasty tomb(2/4)

A colored pottery of camel, about 60 centimeters high, is among 70 funerary objects unearthed from a couple’s tomb of Tang Dynasty (618-907) in Huayin city, Central China’s Shaanxi province, Dec 4, 2014. Song Su, the owner of this tomb, used to be a county magistrate of Dunhuang during the reign of Emperor Gaozong (649 to 683) of Tang Dynasty, according to Liu Daiyun, an associate researcher from Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Archaeology.
