(ECNS) -- A series of "Global Mayors Dialogue · Nanning" events were held in Nanning City, capital of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, on Thursday.
Nanning's Wo orange and its derived products -- Wo orange juice and Wo orange coffee -- have become immensely popular, said Hou Gang, mayor of the city.
He noted that the sweetness of citrus and bitterness of coffee together reflect the "sharing joys and hardships" spirit between China and ASEAN cities.
The mayor raised a toast to 2025, celebrating the shared journey and partnerships fostered through these connections.
