On Tuesday, the 2023 Weifang International Kite Carnival kicked off in Weifang City, east China's Shandong Province, also known as the "kite capital of the world."
The kites in Weifang never disappoint. The Weifang International Kite Carnival annually amazes visitors and netizens with innovative kites. This year, birds, whales, airplanes, octopuses, and even Batmen were flying through the air.
The event will run until October 31, 2023.
