German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken held talks in Berlin Wednesday and issued a joint statement, pledging to join hands to help Libya.
According to Merkel's statement, Libya was one of the priorities of the bilateral talks, and the two countries should coordinate their positions and work together to resolve the local crisis.
