Chinese State Councilor and Minister of National Defense Wei Fenghe on Wednesday stressed the country's consistent attitude towards issues related to the Taiwan region, Xinjiang, Hong Kong and the South China Sea.
Wei made the remarks at the 8th Association of Southeast Asian Nations Defense Ministers' Meeting-Plus.
