Chinese President Xi Jinping will deliver a keynote speech via video link on Tuesday at the opening plenary of the Boao Forum for Asia's annual conference, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced on Monday.
The 20th edition of the forum is being held in Boao, south China's Hainan Province, from April 18 to 21.
