(ECNS) -- The first China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) will be held in Beijing from November 28 to December 2, on which exhibitors from the United States will account for 20 percent of the total foreign exhibitors, according to Zhang Shaogang, vice chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) on Tuesday.
The total exhibition area of the first CISCE is 100,000 square meters, with supply chain service and five major chains exhibition areas, including smart vehicle, green agriculture, clean energy, digital technology and healthy life, Zhang introduced at a press conference.
Zhang added that 515 foreign and domestic enterprises and institutions would participate in the Expo, displaying new technologies, products, and services in key links of the global supply chain.
In addition, six themed forums, covering smart vehicles, green agriculture, clean energy, digital technology, healthy life and supply chain management will be held, the vice chairman added.
A number of Fortune 500 and multinational companies such as Amazon, ExxonMobil, Apple, FedEx, Tesla, GE Healthcare, Intel, HP, Qualcomm, Honeywell and others will send senior representatives to the Expo. Many U.S. companies will showcase a range of new products, technologies and services.
The CISCE is the world's first national-level exhibition with the theme of the supply chain. It focuses on promoting global industrial chain and supply chain cooperation, emphasizing green and low-carbon development, digital transformation, and driving the healthy development of economic globalization.
