Base part of ancient Qianjinbei Irrigation System, which is normally submerged in river, now shows up due to low water level in Fucheng city, East China’s Jiangxi province. The Qianjinbei Irrigation System, located in the city of Fuzhou, dates back more than 1,200 years.
