Medical personnel farewell an Afghan child with congenital heart disease, who received surgical treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, on Sept 13, 2017. The project, launched by the Chinese Red Cross Foundation's Belt and Road Fraternity Fund, aims to support Belt and Road countries and regions.
