Armed force police uses new type of sandbag that inflates in water automatically to plug a dyke breach. They have adopted high-tech products and equipment to assist in efforts to control flooding and evacuate residents to safe places in Feidong and Taihu counties of Anhui Province, Qichun County in Hubei Province, and other areas in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces.
