    One dead, 12 missing after rainstorm hits Central China city (1/5)

    Floods hit Qichun County in Huanggang City in Central China’s Hubei Province, June 19, 2016, after the strongest rainfall this summer. One person died and 12 are missing in the rainstorms, which have affected 381,400 people, according to the city’s civil affairs department.
