Artifacts unearthed from the Haihunhou tomb are on shown at the Capital Museum in Beijing on March 2, 2016. More than 400 artifacts, selected from 20,000 items unearthed from the tomb of Haihunhou (Marquis of Haihun) in east China's Jiangxi Province go on display from March 2 to June 2. The cemetery, dating back to the Western Han Dynasty (206 B.C.- 25 A.D.), covers some 40,000 square meters with eight tombs and a chariot burial site. Artifacts including gold items and a seal have confirmed that the main tomb of Haihunhou is that of Liu He, the grandson of Emperor Wu, the greatest ruler of the Han Dynasty, one of the most prosperous periods in China's history.
