Beijing sees apparent traffic drop on first day of odd-even car ban(4/9)

Beijing’s main roads have seen an apparent drop in traffic during the morning rush hour on Aug 20, 2015, the first day of a traffic ban aimed to ease traffic during the IAAF World athletics championships and the World War II victory parade.
