Golden road paved for festival in C China city(2/3)

The path of gold at the Guanlin Temple in Central China’s Luoyang City is made up of 1,000 gold bars weighing 1,000 kilograms. The 18.6-meter path leads to the temple worshiping Guan Yu, Martial God of Wealth. Guan was a famous general during the Three Kingdoms period (220-280) and people, especially businessmen, worship him as a patron saint of fortune. The path is for worshippers to step on for luck.
