A Siberian tiger is spotted near an oil station in Fuyuan county, Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, Dec 2, 2014. It later disappeared in the forest. The tiger has been confirmed to be Ustin, a Siberian tiger set free by the Russia President Vladmir Putin. Ustin was previously suspected of raiding a goat farm on Heixiazi Island of the county.
