HK illegal street racers arrested in Shenzhen after hitting 251km/h (5/7)

Altogether 15 Hong Kong residents aged between 38 and 62 have been detained in Shenzhen by Wednesday, after reaching speeds of up to 251km/h in the race on the highway connecting Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
