A man holding a kitchen knife runs after a Chengguan (urban management) officer in the street of Foshan, Guangdong province on Sept 23, 2014. The man, a store-owner, refused to remove advertisement signs and resorted to violence, reports said. Local police fired a warning shot and stopped him. The man was then taken to a police station.
