Epic opera, featuring Macao's history, debuts in Nanjing (2/5)

An epic Peking Opera featuring Macao's history is staged in Nanjing city of east China's Jiangsu province on July 29, 2014. The opera Jinghaihun, or "The Soul of Macao", focuses on a famous incident in the city's history - the only assassination of a Portuguese governor during its 450 years as a colony. The opera is written by Macao's writer Mu Xinxin and performed by famous Peking Opera artist Tian Lei. [Photo: China News Service / Yang Bo]
