Haikou undergoes strongest typhoon in 4 decades (1/6)

A boat is stranded on a shore by the typhoon Rammasun in Haikou, capital of south China's Hainan Province, July 20, 2014. The death toll from super typhoon Rammasun has increased to 16 as the strongest typhoon in four decades brought gales and downpours to a number of southern provinces.
