Chongli county is in the outskirts of Zhangjiakou, Hebei province. North to Inner Mongolia grassland, it is about 220 kilometers northwest of Beijing. The beautiful landscape along the heavenly path and picturesque scenery of wind farm attract many tourists to Chongli every year.
