Farmer invents 'manned luggage', with highest speed of 20KM/H (4/4)

He Liangcai, a farmer from Changsha of central China's Hunan province, displays his invention "manned luggage" on May 28, 2014. He spent over ten years on the "manned luggage", which can carry one to two persons and run 50-60 kilometers after a charging. Its highest speed can reach 20 kilometers per hour.
