Photo taken on May 14 shows Chinese fishermen detained by Philippine police at a house of detention in Puerto Princesa, Palawan province. Some of the fishermen had their hair cut. The Chinese fishermen aboard fishing boat Qiongqionghai 09063 were seized by the Philippine police while fishing in waters off China's Half Moon Shoal on May 6.
