Chinese Premier Li Keqiang (2nd R), also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, pays a visit to the Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau of Haikou City in Haikou, south China's Hainan Province, April 11, 2014.
