Suzhou's traditional festive dessert – steamed Osmanthus cake (1/7)

Steamed rice cake with Osmanthus is a traditional dessert during Spring Festival in Suzhou of east China's Jiangsu province. Made in a traditional way, the cakes are produced after 13 steps, including mixing flour, pressing, rubbing and cutting.
