Lhasa sets up collective center to take in stray dogs (6/6)

Photo taken on Jan. 2, 2013 shows dogs at the city collective center of stray dogs waits to be fed in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. The collective center, which was completed at the end of 2013, started taking in stray dogs in Lhasa as the New Year arrived. More than 600 stray dogs have been housed by the noontime of Thursday.
