Chefs put parsley into a giant dish of "steamed fish head with diced hot peppers" in Changsha, capital of central China's Hunan province, Oct. 19, 2013. The famous dish of Hunan cuisine, cooked and presented to visitors at the opening ceremony of the 23rd Chinese Chef Festival, was set to bid for Guinness World Records.
