Flood peak arrives at Fuyuan section of Heilongjiang River (4/6)

Floods have inundated the road along a river in Fuyuan County, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Sept. 1, 2013. The flood peak has arrived at the Fuyuan section of Heilongjiang River. At 8 a.m. on Sunday, the water level has risen to a record high of 89.85 meters, 2.35 meters above the warning level. (Xinhua/Wang Jianwei)
