Rainstorm-triggered floods batter China's Qinghai (5/6)

Photo taken on Aug. 21, 2013 shows the sand quarry damaged by a rainstorm-triggered flood in Wulan County in Mongolian-Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Haixi, northwest China's Qinghai Province. Sudden rainstorms and hail battered Wulan County around 7 p.m. Tuesday, washing away more than 20 workers. As of Wednesday morning, 21 people have been confirmed dead and seven others have been sent to a local hospital for injuries. The search for three missing people is under way. (Xinhua/Li Shaopeng)
