City opens govt conference center for citizens to escape heat (1/4)

Photo taken on August 10 shows migrant workers cool off themselves at the local municipal government's conference center in Shaoxing City of east China's Zhejiang Province.  A record-breaking heat wave hit the city this summer with the highest of 42 degrees Celsius.
