Blue alert for strong gales, tropical storm warning issued in Hainan (1/3)

The Hainan Weather Service issued a blue alert for strong gales at sea and a tropical storm warning on Wednesday. Tropical Storm Wukong, the 25th tropical storm this year, is estimated to move to the southern South China Sea from Wednesday night to Thursday morning.
