New generation research ship launched in Wuhan (1/3)

The Chinese research vessel Ke Xue, or "Science" is launched successfully in Wuhan, capital of central China's Hubei Province, November 30, 2011. With a total investment of 550.21 million yuan, the new generation marine craft is expected to be officially put into service in July 2012 as one of Chinese main research ships in future 10 to 20 years.
