Shanghai Disneyland opens world's first Zootopia-themed attraction

Shanghai Disneyland　officially opened the world's first Zootopia-themed attraction on Wednesday. 　

The new themed land and its attractions are based on the 2016 animated film Zootopia made by Walt Disney Animation Studios. Construction work started in December 2019. 　

The Zootopia-themed attraction has incorporated　Chinese influences.　The distinctive blend of Disney magic and Chinese elements, encapsulated as "Authentically Disney, Distinctly Chinese," has underpinned the resort's philosophy since its inception. 　

Zootopia is Shanghai Disneyland's second major expansion　and the eighth themed land, according to Shanghai Disney Resort.
