The Beijing MTR Corporation has introduced an intelligent inspection robot for train maintainence. Compared with traditional inspection, the efficiency of the robot is expected to increase by over 30 percent.
The inspection robot integrates AI image recognition and other technologies to carry out autonomous inspection and measurement for trains.
Through a series of smart ways including panoramic photo scanning and 3D digital image processing, it can conduct train inspection more efficiently.
