Handicrafter's 60 years of persistence lights up lanterns

(ECNS) -- Zheng Xianglin, 75, is the inheritor of Nanhoujie festival lantern handicraft -- a provincial intangible cultural heritage in Fujian Province, which local people often use to express best wishes and expectations.

Zheng has persisted in innovating lantern patterns and handed down the handicraft to keep the tradition alive.
