(ECNS) -- Hydrogen fuel-cell electric bicycles will soon serve people in Changzhou city, Jiangsu Province.
With a top speed of 23 kmh, the electric bicycles can travel about 70 km without refueling.
The bike is powered by a hydrogen rod that can be replaced in one minute and recharged in three minutes.
