(ECNS)--Children at a primary school in Shanxi Province showed up to class wearing colorful 1-meter-wide wings across their backs.
The wings were all designed and made by the students with the help of their parents.
The project's purpose is to remind students to keep their distance from each other and to teach them the length of a meter.
The wings come a few weeks after a primary school in Hangzhou had their students design 1-meter hats for the same purpose.
