(ECNS) -- A man surnamed Li won the championship for holding his breath the longest in a competition held in Changsha, Hunan Province, on Saturday.
Li held his breath with his face submerged in water for four minutes and 13 seconds.
Nearly 1,000 contestants from China and abroad took part in the competition.
