(ECNS) -- A female chef has inherited the skill of making a quick and paper thin mandarin pancake.
The pancake is called Sanzhang Bing, meaning dough turned into a pancake after being rolled only three times with a rolling pin in less than a minute.
Sanzhang Bing features being thinner than a piece of paper, only 0.02mm thin.
Characters are still clear through the pancake on top of a magazine.
