A Russian polar bear named Menglong has arrived at the Wuhan Haichang Ocean Park where he has been introduced to Jingjing, a female bear.
Menglong acted shy as a newcomer, while Jingjing refused his company.
The breeder said they would create more opportunities for communication, besides feeding them together.
It seems they still need some time before to get to know each other before mating.
