The first camel festival has started in northwest China's Gansu province.
The festival was held as part of the Silk Road Nadam Culture and Tourism Festival.
More than 120 camels have competed in 10,000, 8,000 and 2,000 meter camel races as well as a contest to find the best trained camel.
