    Initiative brings Chinese lexicon into wine talking

    Most western wine drinkers probably wouldn't use terms like "dried hawthorne" or "Chinese sausage" to describe the taste of their wines. But Australian researchers say these terms are used for part of the world's first project that aims at better informing Chinese consumers and increasing Aussie wine exports.
