China opposes Philippines arbitration case

China opposes any moves by the Philippines to initiate and push forward the arbitral proceeding on the South China Sea issue.

It also criticized Manila for hyping up the issue in front of the international community and dangerously making excuses for non-claimant countries, such as the U.S., to participate in South China Sea disputes.
