China aid and rescue team is among the first to arrive in Kathmandu.

A 62-member China International Search and Rescue Team (CISAR) arrived in Nepal's capital Kathmandu at Sunday noon and started quake-relief work.

An 8.1-magnitude quake struck the landlocked country on Saturday afternoon and also jolted part of China's Tibet autonomous region.
