One Chinese national was killed and another was wounded after a tourist vessel capsized in the seas off Nha Trang City in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam on Wednesday, according to the consulate general of China in Ho Chi Minh City.
A total of 21 Chinese nationals were on board the sightseeing boat when the incident occurred.?
The injured was in critical condition and has been hospitalized, while all other tourists have been successfully rescued.
Local authorities have activated the emergency response system. Investigation into the cause of the incident is underway.
