According to the New York police, an investigation is underway at Columbus Circle, West 58th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue,?where the Time Warner Center is located.
The region is closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic, said the police, who asked people to avoid the area.?
It came months after the network's bureau in the Time Warner Center was?evacuated?in October due to a?package with an explosive device.?
