    China reveals initial probe result on gene-edited baby

    China has released the preliminary investigation report in gene-edited baby case, vowing to strictly deal with He Jiankui, the Chinese geneticist who claimed to have altered the genes of twin girls in November last year. The report says that the professor conducted experiments prohibited under the Chinese law.
