Hong Kong police on Sunday charged 47 persons, including 39 men and eight women aged 23 to 64, with one count of "conspiracy to commit subversion," the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government said in a statement.
The suspects are being detained and the case will be brought to the West Kowloon Magistrates' Court at 11:00 a.m. BJT Monday.
