The Chinese mainland warned Taiwan’s Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) authorities to keep its hands off Hong Kong in a statement on Tuesday.
Ma Xiaoguang, a spokesperson for the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, made the remarks over DPP Chairman Cho Jung-tai's recent comments on Hong Kong affairs.
