Wang Xiaoguang, the former vice governor of southwest China's Guizhou Province, has been expelled from the Communist Party of China (CPC) and dismissed from public office for disciplinary and law violations on Thursday, according to the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the national supervisory commission.
