South Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) agreed Friday to hold talks on military affairs at the border village of Panmunjom to ease military tensions between the two sides.
The agreement was reached after a high-level dialogue between the two sides at Panmunjom, according to Seouls unification ministry.?
